Institute for applicable science and service (IKLAS) is a division wich develops training af various applicable skills. The formal educational institutions are failed to build self reliance of the students or graduates.

Millions of graduates even from government universities are unemployyed or could not be employed because what they learned are not matched to market needs. Another reason of their unemployment is that there are less motivated in building self interpreurship.
